Children
We offer therapy for children and adolescents to explore the challenges of their rapidly changing inner and outer worlds. Support may include short- or longer-term therapy, as well as brief developmental consultations. Sessions are available face-to-face or online, although younger children are usually seen in person.
For young people under 18, we would usually meet with parents or carers at regular intervals to discuss progress and the plan going forward.

1
Young Children
Young children often communicate their thoughts and feelings through their behaviour, given that they are yet to grow the capacity to make sense of their mind, body and the world around them. Parents, carers, nursery workers or school teachers may observe behaviour changes for example in sleep, toileting, play, anxiety or mood. You may be concerned about your child's development. We often work with younger children through drawing and play to try to make sense of what may be going on for your child.
2
Adolescents
Adolescence is a critical, profound and inherently stressful developmental leap. This age group must navigate the challenges of developing their own identity while dealing with the complexities of relationships and responsibilities. Adolescents often seek help from us with concerns about sexuality and body image difficulties, challenges with social anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, phobias, relationships and school issues. Therapy offers a space for young people to explore their unique complexities outside the family and to build confidence in themselves.
3
Parents and Carers
Each baby, child and young person is unique, which means parenting can feel complex and, at times, overwhelming. It often brings up personal experiences and emotions which can influence how we relate to ourselves, our child and others around us. We offer a space to make sense of current patterns and consider more effective ways to respond to your child.
We provide specialist support for parents who may have sadly experienced the loss of their baby or child.
4
Consultation and Reflective Practice
We offer carers and professional networks a space to think about, and respond to, the complexities of the child, young person or family.
