Adults
We offer individual psychotherapy for adults and young adults (18–25), in person or online. Some clinicians are registered with health insurance providers.
In the initial consultation, we explore current concerns, broader circumstances and past experiences. We agree a plan for therapy. With young adults, we may share relevant information with parents, carers, or support networks.

Adults
Individual therapy can help with a wide variety of psychological issues by exploring how one perceives and responds to themselves, their relationships, and both past and present experiences. Adults may come with issues such as low mood, depression, anxiety and panic. They may have had traumatic experiences or lost loved ones. Some people may feel something needs to change in their life and be struggling to make sense of what is going on.
Throughout the course of regular sessions, therapists adapt their approach to meet the changing needs of the person. We work with adults seeking to explore matters of identity and the struggles of everyday life, as well as those with more complex, entrenched difficulties.

Young Adults
We provide tailored support for young people during the pivotal transition to adulthood. Early therapeutic support can help prevent challenges from escalating. We work with those experiencing emerging psychological or developmental difficulties, as well as young people with more complex or longstanding mental health concerns
